On February 9th, the Vineyard Theatre will hold their annual benefit gala honoring the beloved Broadway veteran Marian Seldes. The event is scheduled to be held in the Rainbow Room and will also honor the Union Square Partnership, a non-profit organization that had served the community for over three decades.
The Tony-Award winning Marion Seldes made her Broadway debut in 1947, in Medea, and celebrates a career that spans six decades. Her career credits include film, television, stage, and radio. The five-time Tony-Award nominee earned a Tony Award, in 1967, for her performance in Edward Albee’s A Delicate Balance. In 1993, Seldes performed in the Pulitzer Prize-winning play Three Tall Women, at the Vineyard Theatre.
The gala will include cocktails at 6:00pm followed by a program of special performances. For tickets/table information contact: www.vineyardtheatre.org.
